We have particular expertise in helping insurers develop new products and in drafting new wordings. We work closely with insurers and their insured and routinely deal with insurance and reinsurance policy wording disputes addressing validity and coverage.

We represent insurers and their insured in relation to a wide variety of claims including product liability (with a specific emphasis on product safety advice and recalls), property damage, business interruption and aviation insurance claims. Our areas of expertise in insurance include (in alphabetical order):- aviation, commercial and residential coverage disputes (including material damage and business interruption), construction, D&O, employers’ liability, motor, products, professional indemnity, property owners’ liability, public liability and subrogated recoveries.

Our experience in reinsurance includes excess of loss, retrocessions, pool arrangements, facultative reinsurances, recoveries and commutations.
