- Evidence is preserved and collated and is available for the defence of any criminal or civil proceedings.
- Our client’s position is presented in an appropriate manner to the investigating authority which can materially influence the decision on whether to prosecute.
- If a prosecution does ensue our client is best placed to defend or mitigate their position.
